Transaction limit
Due to age restrictions, the child's payment card will NOT be allowed to perform the following actions:
- Cash withdrawals at transaction points and ATMs
- Money transfers within and outside VCB using the card at VCB ATMs
- 24/7 quick transfers using the card at VCB ATMs
- Bill payments at VCB ATMs
Requirements
- Vietnamese individuals aged from 6 to under 15, without legal incapacity
- Being approved in documents for supplementary card issuing and using by a legal representative (either a parent or a legal guardian), who is also the primary cardholder
Issuance procedure
Application form, identity documents, proofs of relationship between primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder
