  • Make payments through electronic wallets and mobile payment applications.

  • Individual aged from 15 and above as prescribed by law 
  • Foreign residents legally residing in Vietnam for 12 months or more

  • Maximum 01 primary card and 03 supplementary cards.
  • Note: Each Customer can only issue maximum of 5 primary cards and 9 supplementary cards of International Debit cards within 06 months (the number of cards may change according to Vietcombank's regulations).
