Vietcombank and MobiFone have cooperated to launch "Loa Than Tai", a voice account change notification service. With this service, customers will be notified by voice via MobiFone’s physical speaker device (Loa Than Tai) every time money is transferred to their Vietcombank account. The service is especially suitable for business customers, shop owners, and retail stores.
LOA THAN TAI - CONVENIENT FOR SELLERS
Loa Than Tai is a solution that applies artificial intelligence technology to accurately announce the results of each successful payment transaction via QR code. The product consists of two parts: notification speaker equipment (including physical speakers, QR codes) and transaction management applications (Loa Than Tai application).
The cooperation between Vietcombank and MobiFone allows customers to receive notifications via the voice package of the Loa than tai whenever there is an increase in the balance of their current account at Vietcombank (applicable to money transfer transactions to the QR code associated with the payment account specified by the customer when registering for the service).)

FIND THE NEAREST VIETCOMBANK TRANSACTION POINT
Since February 2025, Vietcombank has launched the Voice OTT feature – Voice Balance Notification on VCB Digibank. Unlike the Loa than tai, the Voice OTT feature works directly on the VCB Digibank App and broadcasts notifications via the phone speaker. Additionally, the Voice OTT feature is provided free of charge.
With the launch of the Loa than tai service in cooperation with MobiFone, along with the previously introduced Voice OTT feature, Vietcombank customers now have more options for voice notification services, suitable for different types of retail stores (e.g., multiple cashiers) and various business needs.
