Vietcombank has just launched the Voice OTT feature, helping customers using the VCB Digibank application receive voice notification of balance fluctuations. The feature is especially suitable for sellers and shop owners.

GUIDE
Go to VCB Digibank >> Search for "Voice OTT" >> Select a new subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:

To use the feature, customers need to turn off the silent mode and allow the VCB Digibank application to send notifications on the installed device.
You also need to update the latest version of VCB Digibank on the app market (Version 6.0.5) to experience this feature.
