On November 19, 2024, Anphabe officially announced the results of the "100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024" ranking, with Vietcombank being named the bank with the best working environment in Vietnam for the ninth consecutive year.

According to the organizing committee, the "100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" list serves as a key indicator for evaluating the strength of employer brands. This ranking considers five crucial stages of talent attraction: recognition, interest, application, desire, and preference. Additionally, the evaluation framework for an ideal work environment is based on the feedback and expectations of employees within organizations.

Based on the latest results, Vietcombank leads the banking sector in the "100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" ranking. These results are derived from surveys conducted with over 65,000 experienced employees nationwide, who evaluated more than 700 top companies across 18 industries. In-depth interviews with 253 CEOs and HR directors further informed the rankings.
Throughout the years, Vietcombank has been repeatedly recognized for its commitment to employees, receiving titles such as "Enterprise for Employees," "Enterprise Award for Employees," and "Outstanding Enterprise for Employees." The bank has also earned two Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister for its achievements in this area. Notably, HR Asia Magazine, one of Asia’s most respected human resources publications, recently awarded Vietcombank the title of "Best Workplace in Asia 2024." These accolades reflect the dedication of Vietcombank’s employees and inspire them to continue striving toward the goal of becoming the leading bank in terms of human resource quality.
