In order to enhance security and optimize customer experience, from April 15, 2025, VCB Digibank app (version 6.0.9 or later) will only support devices with iOS operating system version 14.0 or later. Accordingly:

• New customers who use devices with iOS operating system version lower than 14.0 will not be able to download the VCB Digibank application on the app market.
• Existing customers who use a device with iOS operating system version lower than 14.0 will not be able to update the new version of the VCB Digibank application (6.0.9 or above). Clients can still trade normally on the old version.

In order not to be interrupted in transactions and experience the latest features, Vietcombank recommends that customers check and update the iOS operating system to version 14.0 or later according to the following instructions:

Check your iOS version: Search for "Settings" >> General Settings >> About.

Update iOS version: Search for "Settings" >> General Settings >> About >> Software Update.
