With this service, customers will be notified by voice via MobiFone's physical speaker (Loa Than Tai) every time money is transferred to Vietcombank's account. The service is especially suitable for business customers, shop owners, and retail stores.

LOA THAN TAI – CONVENIENT TOOL FOR SELLERS

Loa Than Tai is a solution that applies artificial intelligence technology to help accurately announce the results of each successful payment transaction via QR code. Loa than tai consists of two parts: speaker (including physical speakers, QR codes) and transaction management applications (Loa Than Tai application).
The cooperation service between Vietcombank and MobiFone allows customers to receive notifications in the voice of the package via the Loa Than Tai device when there is a fluctuation in increasing the balance of the current account at Vietcombank (applicable to money transfer transactions to the QR code associated with the payment account specified by the customer when registering for the service).

Unlike the Loa than tai, the Voice OTT feature works right on the VCB Digibank App and broadcasts notifications through the phone speaker.
