According to the VCB Loyalty Program’s terms and conditions, points accumulated in 2025 will expire on October 31, 2026. After this date, the expired points will no longer be valid for redemption. We encourage you to check your current points balance and redeem your points before the expiry date to enjoy your favorite gifts and offers.
To check your expiring points:
Log in to VCB Digibank → Select VCB Loyalty → View the expiring points information displayed on the VCB Loyalty homepage.

VCB Loyalty allows customers to redeem accumulated points for a wide range of gifts, vouchers, and offers available in the VCB Loyalty Gift Catalogue. Covering shopping, dining, entertainment, and other practical needs, the catalogue is regularly updated with a variety of products and offers to help customers find rewards that suit their preferences.
Customers can check their points balance, explore the Gift Catalogue, and redeem rewards directly on the VCB Digibank app.
