1. Quick Card Lock Feature on VCB Digibank

Losing a card, wallet, or having card information exposed can pose significant risks to customers. In such cases, customers can quickly lock all cards on VCB Digibank with just a few simple steps:

Once the risk has been mitigated, you can unlock your cards by following these steps:

Log in to VCB Digibank >> Select "Products" >> Card Services >> Choose the card from the list >> Go to the "Services" tab >> Proceed with "Unlock Card."


2. Default Locking Mechanism for VCB Digibank Web Login Upon Reactivating the App

To ensure the security of your account, when you reactivate the VCB Digibank app on another device, the system will automatically lock the login access to VCB Digibank on the web platform.

If you wish to use the web login again, you can unlock it via the app with the following steps:

Log in to the VCB Digibank app >> Select Settings >> Manage Web Login >> Enable "VCB Digibank Web Login Settings."
