On the afternoon of June 30, 2026, Vietcombank and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Administration (CJEA) under the Ministry of Justice signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Vietcombank's headquarters in Hanoi.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Nguyen Thang Loi, Director General of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Administration, and Mr. Le Quang Vinh, Member of Vietcombank's Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
The agreement establishes a framework for close cooperation between the two parties in information sharing, professional support, and the development of digital solutions to enhance civil judgment enforcement.
Under the MoU, Vietcombank and the CJEA will strengthen connectivity and information exchange in accordance with applicable regulations, jointly research and implement technology solutions to improve the processing of transactions related to civil judgment enforcement, and support administrative reform efforts aimed at creating a more modern, transparent, and efficient operating environment.
The partnership further underscores Vietcombank's commitment to supporting public sector modernisation and contributing to the development of a professional, technology-enabled judicial system that delivers better services to citizens and businesses.
