The upgrade aims to streamline customer information management and elevate the overall user experience.

• Online registration for purchasing SJC gold bars is exclusively available to individual customers with an active payment account at Vietcombank.
• If you wish to buy gold bars but do not have a payment account with Vietcombank, you can easily open one entirely online within minutes by following the instructions here or by visiting the nearest Vietcombank branch.

Furthermore, to ensure the secure and prompt delivery of gold bars, Vietcombank will dispatch them to customers on the following business day after successful registration and completion of the transaction at Vietcombank's gold bar location.
