According to the regulations of the State Bank, from 01/07/2025, Vietcombank will stop processing all transactions via magnetic tape on domestic debit cards issued by Vietcombank, including:

• Magnetic card
• Magnetic tape on Chip/ Chip contactless card

This change is to ensure transaction safety and comply with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

**Please check your card:**

• If the card only has magnetic tape (no chip), please contact the nearest VCB transaction point or visit the VCB Digibank application to convert the chip card for free.
• If the card already has a chip, you can continue to use it and do not need to change it.
