VCB Rewards Program is temporarily discontinued from January 1st, 2025.

Starting from January 1, 2025, Vietcombank will discontinue the implementation of VCB Rewards Program, in accordance with the published Terms and Conditions. However, customers can still redeem their previously accumulated VCB Rewards points for gifts available in VCB Rewards feature on the VCB Digibank app.

As part of our commitment to enhancing the customer experience, we are diligently working to improve and upgrade the program, with plans to relaunch the new version of Loyalty Program in the near future.
