Vietcombank and KiotViet have recently introduced a solution that links Vietcombank accounts to the KiotViet software, featuring advanced functionalities such as: instant notifications of Vietcombank account balance changes directly within the software; generating “dynamic QR codes” for each order; enabling shop owners to manage their revenue quickly, conveniently, and accurately.

Generating “Dynamic QR Codes” for Each Order

Once a cashier creates an order in the KiotViet software, they simply need to select the “QR Payment” option. The system will automatically generate a “dynamic QR code” containing the account information and the amount to be paid for that specific order.
The “dynamic QR code” is a VietQR code used for interbank transfers. For each order, the system generates a unique QR code linked to that particular order. Cashiers can print this QR code directly on the receipt or display it on an electronic screen for customers to scan and pay. For online businesses, the cashier can download the “dynamic QR code” and send it to the buyer for bank transfers.

When the buyer scans the QR code, the account number and the payment amount will automatically appear on the transfer screen. The buyer does not need to manually input the amount; they simply need to confirm the payment.

Account Balance Notifications for Vietcombank via KiotViet Software

As soon as a customer successfully completes payment by scanning the QR code, the system instantly updates the account balance notification for shop owners on VCB Digibank. Simultaneously, it sends a notification on the KiotViet software (both app and web) for the cashier.
This eliminates the need for cashiers to manually capture screenshots of customer transactions for reconciliation, saving significant time and reducing errors. Additionally, the entire transaction history via Vietcombank accounts will be stored on VCB Digibank and KiotViet software for reconciliation and auditing purposes.

Free Service Until April 30, 2025

To support customer registration and usage, Vietcombank is offering free notifications of account balance changes through KiotViet for customers linking their Vietcombank accounts to the KiotViet software from now until April 30, 2025.
How to Register and Use the Service

Customers using KiotViet sales software and the VCB Digibank app (version 5.9.7 or later) can easily link their Vietcombank account to the KiotViet software and access its advanced features with the following steps:

• Step 1: On the KiotViet app, select “Payment” and fill in the required information.
• Step 2: The KiotViet system generates a QR code for the registration request.
• Step 3: Log into the VCB Digibank app and scan the QR code from the KiotViet screen.
• Step 4: Confirm the service registration on VCB Digibank.
• Step 5: Complete the registration. The system will display the results on both the VCB Digibank and KiotViet screens.
