On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Vietcombank is implementing a 50% reduction (minimum charge of 11,000 VND/month, including VAT) for the fee of receiving balance change notifications via SMS (proactive SMS) for all individual customers in January 2024. This fee reduction applies only for January 2024.
The service fee from February 2024 onwards will be applied according to the fee schedule previously communicated to customers.
Previously, starting from December 2023, Vietcombank widely notified customers about the adjustment to the proactive SMS service fee schedule. Customers are advised to refer to further detailed information HERE. In this notification, Vietcombank also provided comprehensive instructions on how customers can switch to receiving balance change notifications via OTT messages to enjoy the free benefits.
If customers do not wish to continue using the proactive SMS service, they can send a message with the content "VCB CD HUY" to 6167 from the registered phone number with the bank and download the VCB Digibank app to switch to receiving balance change notifications via the app for free.
