      Customers can borrow for a maximum tenure of up to 12 years for establishing new tourism accommodation at Vietcombank, but the loan tenure cannot extend beyond the customer's age of 70 years at the loan's maturity date. Therefore, the maximum loan tenure in this case is 10 years.
