Yes. If you cancel the VCB Digibank service, change the phone number registered with VCB Digibank, or cancel your international card such that no active international card remains, your VCB Loyalty account will remain intact but will be placed in a "Pending" status.
This pending status will be maintained for up to 90 days from the date the change occurs. During this period:
- All accumulated points will be preserved.
- You may continue to earn points on eligible transactions.
- However, you will not be able to redeem points.
If you reactivate either the VCB Digibank service or an international card within the 90-day period, your Loyalty account will return to **"Active"** status, and you may continue to earn and redeem points as normal.
After the 90-day pending period:
- If you still do not meet the membership criteria, you will no longer be a VCB Loyalty member.
In such cases:
- If your available points balance is greater than zero, all points will be forfeited.
- If your available points balance is less than zero, the negative balance will be converted into Vietnamese Dong at a rate of 1 point = 1 VND, and the equivalent amount will be debited from your Vietcombank payment account.
