- Fraudsters call or send SMS, Zalo messages to persuade customers to proactively open non-physical debit cards or apply for credit cards at banks.
- Fraudsters ask customers to provide card information and OTP sent to their phone number to link the card with certain e-wallets.
- Fraudsters link the customer's card to their own e-wallet, then steal money by using the wallet to purchase goods and services.

Do not provide card information or share OTP with anyone. Vietcombank will never call or send messages through social media channels to ask for customers' service security information in any form.
