Which types of transactions can be investigated online via VCB Digibank?

Steps to Submit an Online Inquiry on VCB Digibank

1. Create an Inquiry Request

Go to VCB Digibank → Under the Utilities section, select Online Inquiry → Choose Create Inquiry Request , then select the transaction, type of inquiry, and reason for the inquiry → Submit successfully.

Customers can submit inquiry requests for certain types of transactions made via:

  • VCB Digibank,
  • E-commerce platforms,
  • Auto-debit,
  • Debit or credit cards.

Online inquiry requests can be submitted:

  • Within 60 days from the transaction date for account-based transactions.
  • Within 120 days from the transaction date for debit/credit card transactions.

2. Check Your Inquiry Request


Go to VCB Digibank → Under the Utilities section, select Online Inquiry → Choose Check Inquiry Request → Enter the inquiry reference number and time period → View your result.

You can check the details of both submitted inquiries and results directly through this section.
The system allows you to look up inquiry requests submitted within the past 12 months.

3. Inquiry Processing Time

After your inquiry request is submitted, Vietcombank will process it and update you with the result within the prescribed time frame—depending on the type of transaction and the reason for the inquiry.
 
The Online Inquiry feature enables customers to submit and manage inquiry requests quickly, conveniently, and at any time, helping to save time and actively monitor the status and results directly via VCB Digibank.
