VCB Digibank unveils new user interface – AN VUI with large text and clear numbers for enhanced accessibility for older customers

This minimalist design caters specifically to the needs of seniors and those who appreciate simplicity. The new interface officially debuted on October 1, 2024.

Understanding customer needs and usage habits, Vietcombank has developed and introduced the AN VUI interface version of VCB Digibank, specifically designed for older customers:

  • “Large Text, Clear Numbers”: The size of the text and numbers on the screen has been significantly increased compared to other interfaces, making it easier to read information.
  • The interface simplifies the display of features and content on the home screen, enhancing visibility and ease of use.
  • The interface features a bright background with Vietcombank’s signature green accents, providing a comfortable viewing experience.

The VCB Digibank AN VUI INTERFACE introduces several new features designed to enhance the user experience, including:

  • Pension Lookup: Customers can easily check their pension payments received over the last 12 months, with instant notifications for new salary transactions.
  • Unique Savings Options: Customers have the flexibility to make online savings deposits while choosing to withdraw funds at a physical branch.
  • Enhanced Search Bar: The new search feature allows customers to quickly find what they need by typing keywords into the search bar on the homepage, eliminating the need to navigate through categories.
  • Instant Chat Support: Customers can immediately chat with VCB Digibot, the virtual assistant, for support and guidance via the chat icon. They can also connect directly with call center staff through VCB Digibot.

To experience the VCB Digibank AN VUI INTERFACE, customers should update to version 5.9.3 of the app from the App Store or Play Store. After updating, simply navigate to the "Interface Settings" section to select your preferred interface. Please note that this interface option is not available for Vietcombank's Priority Customers.
