As part of the latest version of VCB Digibank, Vietcombank has seamlessly integrated a free internet call feature, enabling customers to establish rapid communication with the Vietcombank switchboard, particularly those residing outside of Vietnam.
To utilize this feature, customers only need an internet connection, then simply log in to VCB Digibank and find the call button, conveniently located within the interface. Upon pressing the call button, the system will establish a connection with the switchboard and provide assistance to customers through the internet connection. Presently, the call button is integrated into the transfer screen of VCB Digibank, the most frequently used transaction, and will soon be expanded to numerous other screens.
