As customers may know, from January 1^st, 2022, Vietcombank has waived all regular transaction fees on VCB DigiBank digital bank, including: Money transfer fees within/out of the system, maintenance fees. Service maintenance fee, management fee for a payment account using VCB DigiBank service, balance change notification fee on the App (OTT Alert) without any minimum balance requirement.

Following the implementation of the superior fee policy mentioned above, from 18/06/2024, Vietcombank will STOP SUPPLYING Account Packages. Previously, from January 1, 2022, Vietcombank also stopped new registration for these Account Packages.

The payment account and services associated with the payment account of customers using the Account Package all operate normally. Customers using the Account Package are also exempt from fees on VCB DigiBank according to the general policy applicable from January 1, 2022. At the same time, Vietcombank maintains the annual fee exemption for the international debit card attached to the Account Package until the end of that card's term (not applicable in cases where customers reissue/replace the card).
