To enhance the benefits for customers using Vietcombank - Vietnam Airlines co-branded cards, the “Miles Wallet” feature is now officially available on the VCB Loyalty program.

With this new feature, VCB Loyalty members who own a Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express® or Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines Platinum American Express® credit card can easily check their Lotusmiles earned from card transactions directly on the VCB Digibank app.

The “Miles Wallet” feature allows customers to:

• Track their total accumulated miles;
• View a list of cards and miles earned from each card;
• Look up detailed miles accumulation history by transaction.

How to access:

Log in to VCB Digibank → Go to VCB Loyalty → Select Loyalty Account → Select the “Miles” tab.

The integration of the “Miles Wallet” into VCB Loyalty provides customers with a more convenient, transparent, and proactive way to monitor their accumulated benefits when using Vietcombank’s products and services.
