• Applicable to: Individual customers, business owners, and private enterprise owners borrow capital for production and business
• Location: Nationwide

The program applies to individual customers, business household owners, and private enterprise owners to borrow additional working capital for production and business with a floor lending interest rate of only 4.6%/year.

The program applies to disbursements according to Vietcombank's products from January 1, 2025.
