VCB DIGIBANK INTRODUCES "AN VUI" INTERFACE – BIGGER TEXT, CLEARER NUMBERS, EASY TO SEE, EASY TO USE

Starting from October 1, 2024, Vietcombank officially launched the AN VUI Interface on the VCB Digibank digital banking platform. This interface features larger text and clearer numbers, making it particularly suitable for older customers and those who prefer a minimalist style.



As more older customers increasingly use VCB Digibank for daily transactions such as money transfers, savings deposits, bill payments, mobile top-ups, and investments, Vietcombank has developed the AN VUI Interface to meet their needs:

  • Bigger text, clearer numbers: The size of the text and numbers on the screen has been significantly increased compared to other interfaces, making it easier for customers to read information.
  • Organized layout: The new interface simplifies and condenses features and content on the home screen, making it easier for customers to view and interact accurately and conveniently.
  • Bright colors: The design uses a light background combined with Vietcombank’s signature green, offering a pleasant visual experience.

 
Along with larger text and numbers, the AN VUI Interface includes additional features designed specifically for older customers:

  • Pension tracking: This feature allows customers to monitor and track their pension payments over the past 12 months. Customers will also receive notifications as soon as their new pension payment is credited each month.
  • Unique savings feature: Customers can open a savings account online but settle it in person at the branch, ensuring convenience and catering to the preferences of many older customers.
  • Prominent search bar: Customers can quickly find features by typing keywords into the search bar located on the home screen (similar to using Google). VCB Digibank will suggest and direct customers to the desired feature without the need to browse through menus.
  • Instant chat support: If customers encounter any difficulties while using the app, they can immediately chat with the VCB Digibot virtual assistant for support via the "chat" icon on any screen. Customers can also connect with call center agents directly through VCB Digibot when needed.

Along with previously launched interfaces (Standard, YouPro, and Priority), Vietcombank aims for VCB Digibank to become the national digital bank for everyone, for every household.”

To experience the AN VUI Interface on VCB Digibank, customers simply need to update to the latest version of the app on the App Store or Play Store (version 5.9.3), then access the "Interface Settings" section and select the desired interface. Please note that interface switching is not available for Vietcombank Priority customers, who are automatically assigned the **Priority Interface** with exclusive features and benefits.
