• Vietcombank will **STOP** providing active SMS services to customers who have not fulfilled their service fee payment obligations for three consecutive months.
• Scope of application: All phone numbers registered for the active SMS service with Vietcombank.
• To avoid service interruption, please ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the service fee.
• Policy effective date: From November 1, 2024, for customers who have not fulfilled their service fee payment obligations for the three consecutive billing periods of July, August, and September 2024.

If you no longer wish to use the service, please send the following message: **VCB CD HUY** to **6167** to cancel the active SMS service. You can also register for the VCB Digibank service to receive free balance notifications.

Starting January 1, 2024, Vietcombank will adjust the fee calculation mechanism and the maintenance fee for the active SMS service. Accordingly, the active SMS service fee will be calculated based on the number of messages generated in the month and will be collected monthly by Vietcombank.
