This is a new feature that appears for the first time on VCB Digibank digital banking service, helping customers have more options to connect to Vietcombank's call center for free, in addition to the traditional method of calling through telecommunications carriers.
Along with the launch of the new version of VCB Digibank, Vietcombank has integrated the free internet call feature to help customers contact Vietcombank's call center more quickly and easily, especially customers outside the territory of Vietnam.
To use this feature, customers only need to have an internet connection, log in and click the call button right inside VCB Digibank. The system will connect to the call center and support staff via internet connection. Currently, the call button has been integrated into VCB Digibank's transfer screen (which is the most used transaction) and will be expanded to many other screens in the near future.

To call the call center from VCB Digibank, customers follow the detailed instructions as follows:
- For VCB Digibank app: Log in >> Domestic Money Transfer >> Search for the call icon next to the "Continue" button and follow the instructions.
- For VCB Digibank website: Log in >> Domestic Money Transfer >> Search for the call icon next to the hotline number on the left side of the screen.
