Access the VCBS Mobile app >> Select Register an account
2. Open an account through VCB Digibank

Access the VCB Digibank app >> Investment section >> Select Securities >> Choose Open a securities trading account

3. Open an account at VCBS/VCB's transaction counters

Customers can visit VCBS/VCB's transaction locations to open a securities trading account as per the regulations.

To deposit money into your securities trading account (TKGDCK) at VCBS, customers can choose from the following methods:

1. Deposit via VCB Digibank Channel

Access the VCB Digibank application >> Investment section >> Select Securities >> Choose Securities Deposit.

2. Deposit money into the designated VCBS account from other banks besides VCB with the following information:

Receiving bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank).
Beneficiary account number: CKVCBS + Your TKCK number at VCBS (e.g., CKVCBS009Cxxxxxx; please note that the capital letters in the transfer code must be uppercase).
Amount to be deposited.
3. Deposit money directly at Vietcombank branches: Provide the following details:

Account holder's name.
Beneficiary account number: CKVCBS + Your TKCK number at VCBS (e.g., CKVCBS009Cxxxxxx; please note that the capital letters in the transfer code must be uppercase).
Amount to be deposited.

Customers need to note the following information when trading on margin:

1.Eligible Product Users: Customers who fall within the categories of eligible product users as stipulated by the law and have signed a Margin Trading Account Agreement with VCBS.

2. Margin Trading Loan Terms:

   - Minimum loan term: 1 day (No interest accrues if customers borrow and repay before 4:00 PM daily).
   - Maximum loan term: 90 days.

3.  Applicable Portfolio Ratios:

   - Initial portfolio ratio: 100%.
   - Maintenance portfolio ratio: 83% (The ratio that customers need to maintain to avoid immediate margin call and loan repayment).
   - Warning portfolio ratio: 83%.
   - Portfolio retention ratio: 71.5%.

4. Rules Regarding Loan Extension:

   - Maximum number of extensions: 1 extension.
   - Maximum extension period: 90 days from the extension date.
   - Extension methods: Extensions can be performed through online trading channels or at VCBS trading locations.
