Change personal identification number

Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) immediately upon receiving the card. Do not disclose your PIN or card number to anyone. Change your PIN regularly.

Do not give the card to others

Do not hand over your card to anyone else except bank staff or authorised card acceptance personnel.

Hold the card carefully

Keep the card securely in a location where you can easily see it whenever you open your wallet, helping customers detect any loss of the card as soon as possible (if it occurs).

Cover the keyboard with your hand

When conducting transactions at an ATM, always use your hand to cover the keypad while entering your PIN. Do not proceed with the transaction if the ATM has any strange  or unusual devices.

Pay attention

When making transactions through a POS terminal, ensure that the transaction is performed within sight for observing the card swiping by the cashier. Always use your hand to cover when entering your PIN (if required).

Only transact on reputable websites/mobile apps and trusted, highly secure shopping addresses. Use personal devices for transactions instead of public ones.
