The phone number for receiving OTP is the access ID for VCB Digibank service. To change the phone number, please visit any Vietcombank transaction points to request cancellation and re-registration for VCB Digibank service.

Currently, VCB Digibank supports all account holders to access information for joint accounts.

For VCB Digibank services, the phone number registered with Vietcombank serves as the Username for the service, and it is unique for each customer. Therefore, you are only allowed to choose one phone number as the Username for VCB Digibank services.
