To enhance customer convenience in activating and using VCB DigiBiz – Vietcombank’s digital banking service for businesses – from 22 April 2025, Vietcombank will extend the validity period of the VCB DigiBiz activation password and SmartOTP activation code from 24 hours to 48 hours, starting from the time they are automatically generated and sent to customers.

This adjustment aims to provide greater flexibility and convenience during the registration, activation, and user authorisation process for the service.
