Vietcombank adjusts criteria for identifying the customers of Vietcombank Priority

As part of the continuous efforts to enhance service quality and customer experience, Vietcombank is pleased to announce an update to the identification criteria for Priority Customers – Vietcombank Priority, effective from January 1st, 2026. The adjustments are designed to increase flexibility, broaden access to Vietcombank Priority privileges for a wider range of customers, while ensuring fairness and transparency for all customers in enjoying Vietcombank’s premium benefits.

 Deposits  

Average balance of non-term deposits (CASA) over the preceding 12 months from 1 billion VND

 

Average balance of non-term deposits (CASA) over the preceding 12 months from 500 million VND

 

Credit card spending

Total accumulated spending of all personal credit cards (excluding company-authorized personal credit cards) over the preceding 12 months of 150 million VND or more, applicable to personal credit cardholders with a minimum credit limit of VND 70 million Total accumulated spending of all personal credit cards (excluding company-authorized personal credit cards) over the preceding 12 months of 250 million VND or more, applicable to personal credit cardholders with a minimum credit limit of VND 70 million 
 Combination of Deposits– Loans –Cards –Insurance –Investments

Customers must simultaneously meet two conditions:

  • Condition 1: Meet at least one of the following criteria:

o Deposits ≥ 1 billion VND

o Outstanding loans ≥ 2 billion VND

o Credit card spending ≥ 120 million/year VND

o Insurance premiums ≥ 70 million VND

  • Condition 2: Achieve 10 points or more under the scoring mechanism:

Other Priority Customer identification criteria remain unchanged from current regulations.
